This is a fantastic result considering the housing market is at a very low ebb at the moment and the huge number of homes for sale in this area, made competition extremely fierce. We really thought that we would still be here in twelve months time. I would like to pass on my experience of selling my property with Harrington Park Real Estate. Selling or buying your home is probably one of the biggest things you can ever do in your life and I made sure I was well prepared for selling my property and did some research on what things to look out for in a good Real Estate Agent. I interviewed three Real Estate Agents in the Narellan/Camden area and found Harrington Park to be the obvious choice for me. A lot of agents tend to do the same thing however there were a couple of distinct differences that made choosing Harrington Park Real Estate the easiest thing on my list. They did not build exposure of their business by over advertising, they were negotiable on their fees, they gave me loads of information on Real Estate and the things to watch out for but most importantly they treated me like a person making a huge decision and not a sales opportunity. Their approach was friendly, honest and I felt no pressure in the four months I had my property listed exclusively with them. Thankyou to all the staff for giving me up to date information on the real estate market and latest trends. For working till late hours of the day to meet with me personally and give me feedback on the latest sales in the area. For working with me on countless inspections, and most importantly for being honest with me when I wasn't sure what to do. Their direction and professionalism I'm truly grateful fo, not to mention the offer to help me pack boxes for my next home!
